The Ramside has probably the very best location in the North East. Just 3 miles from Durham, 500 yards from the A1/M, and central to Tyneside, Wearside and Teesside, it’s so easy to reach. And with 600 car parking spaces, your arrival is easy and relaxed.
The Course is Parkland in nature and features 15 water features over its 27 holes, many of which feature in your round. Many of the 50,000 trees planted before construction are growing strongly and give the course real maturity. The Princes Course measures 3319yards, par 36 for men, 2814, par 38 for Ladies; The Bishops Course 3532, par 36, 2796, par 36; The Cathedral Course 2898, par 34,2449 par 35. There is always a course of the day and a spare playing 9.
And finally you can expect a very warm welcome from the Golf Team.

Hole Description
This is the shorter of the three loops that make up The Ramside but is no less of a challenge and arguably has the hardest hole on the course as you near the end of your round.
Stroke Index on this course is dependent upon which combination of 18 holes used.
